Tracy is the bigger BNG fan.

This girl has first seen me in Camp Dost when Donny Brass injured my knee. Her name is Stephanie Walter. Here is her story in her own words.

Name:  Stephani Walter

Age:  18 (11/23/1984)

Hometown:  Factoryville (slightly N of Scranton, on the border of Lackawanna & Wyoming counties)

Likes:  Reading, shopping, watching sports, sleeping, food (espec. italian & chinese), monkeys, sea lions, Garfield, and star gazing

Fave. Colors:  blue, silver

Music:  everything- pop, rock, country, r&b, oldies, you name it, i like it.

My story:  I was diagnosed w/Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (Ki-1 lymphoma, to be exact), less than a week after my 16th birthday.  I had been feeling sick for about 1 1/2 months, when I was referred to the doctors at Geisinger Med. Center in Danville.  They came to a quick diagnosis.  After a few weeks of testing, I began a 6 month protocol of chemotherapy.  Each session lasted for 5 days, and involved numerous drugs, along with a spinal tap (NOT fun).  I'd be able to go home for anywhere from 2-10 days, before the side effects forced me to go back into the hospital.  These included neutropenia (very low white blood cell count), mouth sores (which prevented me from eating), and hair loss(not a problem that caused hospitalization, but not exactly something pleasant).  Once I was better, I could go home for about 3 days before the cycle started all over again.  I think I spent less than a month at home during this time.  I met a lot of new people in the hospital, while receiving unbelievable support from friends & family, not to mention total strangers.  Once my 6 month protocol was complete, I was sent home to begin where I left off, which was the start of my sophomore year of high school.  I made up all the work that summer, and started as a junior in the fall.  In the summer of 2002, I went to Camp Dost & made so many new friends.  It's funny how you make friends so quickly when you all have such a unique thing in common.  I am about to graduate from high school, and I would like to use my future to dedicate my lives to victims of childhood cancer.

Who's her favorite wrestler? DRAVEN BLAZE. Thank you Stephanie for the courage you show everyday going through what you do.

Rocky Balboa: "Nothing is real if you don't believe in who you are!".

Apollo Creed: Stay in school and use your brain. Be a doctor, be a lawyer, carry a leather briefcase. Forget about sports as a profession. Sports make you grunt and smell. See, be a thinker, not a stinker.

"If you ever get hurt, and you feel that your goin down, an angel is gonna whisper in you ear and he's gonna say 'Get up you son of a bitch!. Cause Mickey loves ya"
